EasyMusicPieces.com is not responsible for any technical fault with the website www.easymusicpieces.com , but endeavours to maintain its functionality for all visitors.
Placing an order indicates that you agree and accept all our terms and conditions. You must be 18 years of age to place an order and orders will be taken on the understanding that the person placing the order complies with this and all other terms and conditions outlined here.
Purchases of the original sheet music pieces and recorded accompaniments may only be made by submitting an orderform and/or e-mail requesting the items required. EasyMusicPieces.com may then respond either by e-mail (or telephone if permitted) with details of the payment and delivery methods.
All payments will be by cheque or PayPal; no onsite facility will be available for any form of monetary transaction. Sheet music pieces and recorded accompaniments will only be sent on receipt and clearance of cheque(s) or PayPal's notification of payment received, to the exact value of the order as advised by EasyMusicPieces.com and no transactions will be entered into upon offers of larger amounts of financial deposits. Sheet music pieces and recorded accompaniments will usually be sent out within 5 days of the clearance of the cheque or PayPal's notification of payment received, for the exact amount of the order including mailing charge where applicable, however we endeavour to mail as soon as possible after clearance or notification.
If within the UK, a mailing charge will be added to every order requiring delivery by post. This charge will be advised within the responding e-mail to your order, and may vary according to type of postage and delivery address. Your mailing address will be requested along with your payment and it is your responsibility to ensure that these details are correctly advised. No responsibility will be accepted by EasyMusicPieces.com for failure to deliver or late delivery if these details are not correctly advised.
EasyMusicPieces.com reserves the right to increase or decrease the price of any item at any time. This may take place whether or not an order has been confirmed at that time. Any such price change will be shown on www.easymusicpieces.com and the amended price will be advised by e-mail and the opportunity granted to cancel any order already received but not paid for if preferred.
All information and descriptions on www.easymusicpieces.com , including the sound samples, is purely to describe the goods for sale as accurately as possible.
EasyMusicPieces.com reserves the right to withdraw any of the items advertised at any time for any reason, and if an item is out of stock or has been withdrawn after an order has been received, you will be given the chance to amend your order or a refund will be granted for any overpaid amount due to inability to deliver any item(s). Any mailing charge similarly overpaid will also be refundable if not still applicable to delivery of any other item(s). No other losses will be deemed the responsibility of EasyMusicPieces.com through inability to deliver any item, or delay in delivery due to reasons beyond our control.
If any item should be received in a faulty state, it may be returned for replacement if an e-mail is sent us promptly, when we will advise how to return the item(s). However, responsibility for the item becomes the purchasers once delivery has taken place.
All sheet music pieces and recorded accompaniments are subject to normal UK copyright laws and may not be copied or distributed to any third party outside the realm of the intended players of the sheet music pieces, nor recorded or publicly performed for financial return. Any such action will constitute an infringement of copyright unless prior permission is sought and granted in writing specifically from EasyMusicPieces.com.
